OUR PROMISE
UNIQ is all about strong customer promise. We monitor property owners very actively in order to make sure they follow UNIQ promise.Our promise is divided into 3 main categories.
1 CLEANLINESS
We follow the same cleanliness program than most 5 star hotels. All UNIQ villas have cleaning process which is monitored in the wall of our premises. In cleaning we prefer environmental friendly products.
2 SAFETY
Safety is one the key things in UNIQ. If property has a gate we provide a way to lock it. Main door has always back locking system. And all around the property we have placed smoke alarms which are tested regularly.
3 GOOD NIGHT SLEEP
All UNIQs has premium quality:
